The 120kW~160kW Integrated DC Charger is mainly composed of circuit breakers, power modules, power output units, electric energy meters, charging control units (CCU+PCU+PDU), billing units (TCU), and human-machine interaction interfaces. As an outdoor-ready electric vehicle (EV) charging system, it meets the charging requirements of all EVs with a battery voltage ranging from DC 150V to 1000V.
Tailored to the characteristics of electric vehicles, this product can be configured with a 12V or 24V auxiliary power supply, which provides power for the Battery Management System (BMS) via manual selection. Featuring a dustproof and waterproof design, the product achieves an IP54 protection rating.
2. Product Features
(1) Active Protection
By actively monitoring the operating status of the EV’s BMS, battery characteristic parameters, and the charger’s own running conditions, the product adopts a safety redundancy design to actively diagnose and handle faults and abnormalities, thus realizing active protection throughout the EV charging process.
(2) High Safety
The equipment not only has protection functions such as overvoltage/undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection, but also offers optional functions including water immersion detection, smoke detection, and tilting detection. With its dustproof and waterproof design and an overall IP54 protection rating, it can effectively prevent hazards caused by abnormal incidents.

This product supports single-gun or dual-gun simultaneous operation, and can automatically switch power modules according to specific power distribution rules, improving the utilization rate of power modules and economic benefits. Adopting a modular design, the equipment features convenient installation and commissioning as well as simple operation and maintenance, which enhances the operation and maintenance efficiency.
