The plant based nature of our products starts with the rigorous selection and cultivation of raw materials.

Currently we operate 8 standardized planting bases cultivating three types of safe plant raw materials that have been long verified by the market Centella asiatica green tea and rosemary.

This ensures the avoidance of pesticide residues and heavy metal pollution from the source Each batch of raw materials must pass two basic tests naturalness certification in line with China's GB/T 35916-2018 standard and skin allergen screening.

These tests guarantee that the plant raw materials entering the production process are clean and pure.

This raw material selection logic centered on common plants not only reduces the environmental load of the raw material supply chain but also lays the most fundamental foundation for product safety.

Targeted R&D Solving Application Challenges of Plant Ingredients.

Although plant raw materials are excellent they pose several common industry challenges easy loss of active ingredients poor stability and uneven efficacy release.

To address these issues we have established a specialized R&D team consisting of plant extraction engineers and cosmetic formulators and built a high standard plant source active substance laboratory.

Meanwhile tannin impurities that may cause sensitivity are removed Third party testing shows that the adverse reaction rate of this ingredient in sensitive skin products is less than 0.3%.

Green Tea Polyphenol Concentrate

To solve the pain points of polyphenols susceptibility to oxidation and short shelf life we developed microencapsulation technology.

Using natural plant gums as coating materials the stability of the ingredient is extended to 18 months and its release rate in a simulated skin environment reaches 90% 20% higher than that of untreated green tea extract.

Rosemary Antioxidant Essential Oil

We innovated the fractional distillation process to separate the monoterpene phenol fraction with the strongest antioxidant activity whose DPPH free radical scavenging rate reaches 91%.

Additionally the distillation residues generated during production can be recycled into plant fertilizers achieving a raw material utilization rate of over 95%.

Food grade ethanol is selected as the solvent and 99% of it is reused through a closed loop recovery system.

This recycling reduces volatile organic compound emissions by approximately 30 tons annually.
